The staff in the front are not helpful. I don’t see them walking around checking the property to see what is needed to make this place livable and having people clean up their animal poop in the back areas. I have emailed them twice regarding my neighbors upstairs because of noise issues after 11:30pm. They expect me to document this while it’s happening while I myself is trying to sleep!!! The building is very old so the ceilings are very low so basically you can hear your neighbor upstairs... walking around and mines seem to be on energy drinks or something to be pacing back and forth!! Waiting for my lease to end in October.

We were sick from black mold constantly, inundated with cockroaches all year, and the people in the front office (although doing their job) are NOT helpful. The property does not care about people AT ALL!! Only making money...
For the mold, they had maintenance come out and caulk over it...
For the cockroaches, when any of our neighbors in our building had their apartment sprayed, ours would get worse. The bugs just move around from apartment to apartment. I'm talking HUNDREDS of bugs in our... kitchen every night.
The office manager just repeated me "That's the policy maam" about 5 times every time I went in for help.

We’ve just moved in and I have to say the process has been easy and hassle free. Office staff were always available to answer questions (and I had a lot) and always answered the phone. Our apartment is newly renovated and beautiful, our appliances are great and our dogs love it here. We moved across country and I very nervous about the area and the apartments themselves and my boyfriend and I have been so happy with our decision to live here. I know there are some bad reviews but happy people... rarely take the time to write reviews. We highly recommend this complex and although we are new, we’re very pleased. Oh also, we rent a small apartment and most of our neighbors are young adults but we’ve had zero issues with noise, loud music or parties.

Terrible staff with a bad roach problem. Maintenance doesn't speak English either. Office never answered the phone. I had a leaky pipe and they changed it to my rent. Don't make the same mistake. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
