The main water line on our side of the building has been broken/leaking since 12/27/25, and we have been offered virtually no solution, there has been no follow up, and they do not respond to calls or emails. Our house has smelled of human was since 12/27/25, and the only thing provided was a singular floor fan that we were told to, quote, “move around as needed.” Our flooring has not been replaced, our carpet has not been cleaned or replaced, and again, there has been a complete lack of... communication. Terrible management company. Oh, and lest we forget about the alleged murder that occurred on property grounds. We were told there would be increased security, cameras installed etc, and the best we got were front doors that actually lock for the first time in 2 leasing terms.

Now don't get me wrong.This one star rating does not apply to the hard work of the maintenance crew or the overall experience here at the apartments. I just got my car towed after being in this apartment complex for almost three years now. I have been paying my monthly permit.Parking fee of 10 dollars every month and all of a sudden out of nowhere, my car was towed over one missed payment of 10$!! And now I have to pay over 300$ to get my car back. I had no warning and i'm disgusted. I thought... the apartment complex had their tenants backs a little bit more, where they could have at least mentioned it to me, but no, they allowed the tow company to take my car!! This will be the absolute last year that I am here at this apartment. It's getting more ridiculous and expensive. I'm super annoyed

Overall it’s a great community. Lots of friendly people. Staff and maintenance personnel have always been professional and very friendly. Made sure my issues and concerns were addressed

The maintenance system is well organized. The pool is a cool bonus as well as fitness center. On the downside, there are consistently police officers for domestic incidents. There are also occasional vehicle break ins. Overall it is a good place but would recommend a diffrent location if you can afford it.
