Community has been very peaceful, a lot of the residents keep to themselves and it’s mostly quiet, with the very rare occasional incidents where there’s a lot of noise or disturbances. Apartments are perfect, private balconies, all the amenities that you need in unit. Very lovely people in the front office and maintenance are very professional and helpful. Trash valet is a hit or miss, we end up mostly taking out the trash ourselves, It’s just not as convenient for us personally but I think it’s... a good service. My biggest issue I have had at this complex is the carelessness of people and their dogs, dog waste is everywhere especially in the back green areas and as someone who also has a dog it’s a health risk and it’s just an extremely unpleasant smell we maybe a couple more pick up stations am not sure, I have even witnessed several times residents just leaving waste there and never come back to clean it.

Nash Springs Apts. is a cultural community. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it. But if you are looking for a place to have comfort and coziness in your unit, it offers that.

Nash Springs seems like any other appartment complex where they make it seem really amazing but management is unresponsive and facilities lacks time mamagement skills or at least the staff to get their tasks done. Seems like either staffing issues, task management issues, or time management issues.
