I understand that the AC unit issue here was a learning process even for me. The service technicians said there’s only 2 of the unique AC units setup in this manner on site and ours is one of them. The return air is fully enclosed and is funneled into the typical intake system. The air filter replaced back on May 7th was too small and no in position right (I even put a filter we paid for that was the same size). After your Team gave us the HVAC closet key, I made the same mistake of… removing the front panel that covers the normal unit’s air intake as well as use the small filter; my apologies for doing so. The service technicians resolved the issue and requested that the air filter be slid diagonally directly in front of the Coil Tubing Assembly versus being vertical and the front panel needs to remain on covering the typical air intake. Again my apologies; I will gladly pay for any extra service charge handled. The maintenance Team I have always had the upmost respect for them. Their character is far superior than any places I’ve lived in my 34 years of renting. The work ethics of the maintenance Team along with the staff Team are highly valued on our end for we know how rare this is. Though this past year presented several issues and challenges that are fully initial construction related, each issue was addressed, handled and resolved in constructive and efficient ways even when warranties were present; your Team didn’t build the units and we understand it fully. We hope this upcoming year will provide our future conversations being more like fellowship as we bring desserts, cakes, breads and pies for your Team. Thank You and again I apologize for making the same mistake thinking the AC issue was a simple routine job. Please let me know if any service invoice was presented.
