I am HATING all of the changes and broken promises. EVERYTHING i moved to this community for i can no longer use cause of all if the changes!
These apartments lose sognificant heat from the windows. In the cold months my utility bill is in the 400-500 A MONTH.
The golf simulator is in a small room so it is almost impossible to get a full swing in. There is a larger room that the golf simulator can be transferred to but management refuses to do so.
When I moved into this community I was advised... that the pool would be a year-round pool and it is not. And the temperature is normally so cold that it is not fun to swim in even in the summer months.
The clubhouse is only available during business hours so it closes most nights at 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. and 2 days a week it closes at 7:00 p.m.. I don't even get home from work until approximately 6:30 so I can no longer use these amenities that I am paying for. They used to have the clubhouse open until 10:00 p.m. so I'm not sure why this change has been made. But it really sucks because I pay a lot to live in this community and can no longer use these amenities. There are several other apartments in the neighborhood that I would recommend above solace at this point.
Maintenance came in to repair something in my house and broke one of my statues and I have a picture of the maintenance person in the area that the statue was broken and I sent it to the management that day and they refused to pay for the replacement. If it wasn't such a hassle to move I can guarantee you I would have already been gone.
Oh and last thing! In my refrigerator has never had a working ice maker. This has been reported to management several times and nothing has been done about it, so I eventually stopped reporting it as I am sick of being ignored

Your concerns regarding amenity hours, pool temperature, and heating efficiency are absolutely valid, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. As we had the opportunity to share with you recently, the adjusted amenity hours were a temporary measure while we completed necessary repairs to the clubhouse. We’re happy to share that we’re in the final stages of those repairs, including updates to the fob access system, and extended hours will be returning soon. These updates also include adjustments to the pool heater to help improve comfort. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the overall resident experience.
