This place is way too expensive and not worth the money. They charge little fees and don’t even tell you what it’s for. Plus everything is broken in the apartment. Not worth it at all.

Many of the building systems, like heat, hot water, and the garage door, do not function reliably. The property manager, Kaylee, is untrustworthy and will lie to you.

I would not recommend to anyone to come live here. It's considered luxury apartments but it's barely being kept together. The place has flooded 2 times since I been here and before I moved in which no one told me my apartment was flooded also and had black mold. The heating stopped working. 2 times as well. The elevators were out of service for like a week and a half twice since I been here. The garage doors are always broken or not working. The pool is supposed to be heated year round and is... not. Even in the summer time it's not heated. The hot tub breaks down alot or is too hot rarely does it stay fixed and working for more than a week or 2 at a time. For the amount of what your paying and what your getting here it's completely out of range. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The only reason I live here is for the Location. Everything else sucks. Something is broken once per month every single month even though the building is brand new my recommendation is they tear down the building and build something useful
