Beautiful community and beautiful apartment! Only a few downsides: 1, no overhead lighting in the rooms :( and 2, unless the heat is blasting, the high ceilings make it cold. These are just personal nitpicky things, but overall, my experience has been very positive. I’m excited for the rest of my stay!

This community has a lot of promise, but does not always deliver. Prices and the neighborhood, with easy access to the DTC and highways to get anywhere in Denver, are the strengths of the community. The amenities hold a lot of promise, but never quite deliver. For example, the hot tub is freezing cold as much as it is hot, and while the two pools are fantastic, they are open for a disappointingly short amount of time. One thing to be clear on, management and maintenance are above average most of... the time, but management will often fail to provide complete or timely information. Similarly with maintenance, the vast majority of the time they are fantastic, but other times they will take days or weeks to respond to maintenance requests or provide an eta on service.

It's a very quiet place to live, and they provide security personnel at night. The attention to office maintenance requests is very efficient.
