Everyone here is great! Awesome energy and Oscar makes everyone feel at home. The location and the ease of travel makes it key! Being able to be happy with apartments is hard. But this place makes it easy.

I’ve had a generally positive experience living at Legacy at Highlands Ranch complex. The property is well maintained, the staff has been helpful and responsive, and the location is convenient. The amenities are nice, and overall it’s been a comfortable place to live. One thing that could definitely improve is pet owner responsibility. Unfortunately, some dog owners do not pick up after their pets, which can make certain areas unpleasant at times. I hope management continues encouraging... residents to be more considerate and keep the community clean for everyone. Aside from that issue, it’s been a good place to live and I appreciate the effort the staff puts into the community.
