Been a challenge with all the maintenance requests I have had to submit over the last 10 mths. Being without appliances for extended periods of time without any compensation is very sad management

Love living here. Maintenance is always adamant and helpful. Complex is quiet and unproblematic. We’ve lived here over a year and never had a problem with management or leasing. Renewing our lease was incredibly easy. We love paying rent on the app.

Everything has been very smooth so far! Very great location and nice apartment! Only thing is, I don’t know why we’re renovating the pool while the summer is still going on. But other than that everything is great!

Great location, I don’t need a car because everything is walking distance. The park across the street for the office always has events going on during the summer. I am also a big fan of the Sunday Farmers Markets up the road.
