Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The fireplace shown in the photos is not functional.
