Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass and must be paid prior to arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket, and amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require payment of applicable usage fees. The Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and cards cannot be issued on those days. Message guest services at least 5 business days prior to your stay. The hot tub may require servicing during your stay. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home; smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
