Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The fireplace is currently not operational.
