The cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a coffee bar with drip and Keurig options, spices, cooking basics, a blender, and cookware. The farmhouse dining table seats eight. The living area offers comfortable seating, board games, books, and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. For comfort, the cabin is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer.
Free parking for up to six vehicles is available on the gravel driveway and bringing pets is allowed with a fee for up to two well-behaved dogs. Guests can feed the neighbor's donkey, pony, and horse using provided treats from outside the fence at their own risk. There is ample space inside and outside for bikes, kayaks, or gear.

Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, with indoor smoking incurring a $1,000+ remediation fee. Events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, with unregistered guests incurring a $50 per-night fee. Guests can encounter local wildlife and should not enter the neighbor's fenced pasture.
