Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
