    Do not live here

    IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT LIVING HERE, DON’T! If I could give zero stars, I would. The location is not worth the outrageous rent and all the extra fees. I’d rather live in Reid again than deal with this place. Management seems more focused on charging fees than addressing real issues in the apartments. The gates are always broken, the doors are often left open, and it smells like homeless people might be living in the stairwell because it reeks of pee. On top of that, there are frequently… homeless people sleeping outside of Frisco, which feels unsafe as a young woman. This place is an absolute joke.
