Located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the ultimate private lake getaway. Enjoy sweeping Beaver Lake and Ozark Mountain views from every room. Walmart is approximately a 25-minute drive away but offers home delivery service or pickup.
No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are not permitted at the property; pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home; smoking in the home will incur a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
