This home is just a short walk away from a beach area at Beaver Lake and just 10 minutes to Downtown Rogers, an area filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars. Direct Beaver Lake access is available with just a short walk to a public beach area. It's a 4-minute drive to the HWY 12 boat ramp, 10-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina, and 6 miles away from the Monument Bike Trails at Hobbs State Park.
The hot tub is temporarily out of service. The home is down a short dirt road and 4-wheel drive is recommended but not required. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
