This expansive home is filled with amenities to entertain your whole family. The second floor boasts a game room with a kitchenette, a 65-inch Smart TV, a shuffleboard table, board games, and a Queen-size pull-out couch in the yoga studio. The third floor includes two King suites, a den with a Full-size pull-out couch, a Smart TV, a laundry room, and an office space. The main living area on the top floor features plush seating, a 55-inch Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a dining table for 6, complemented by a fully stocked kitchen. The fourth floor has a bedroom with a Full/Twin bunk bed and trundle, and a full bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub.
Enjoy the hot tub, outdoor dining table, and grill on the large patio. Kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, and beach chairs are available for your use. A pack 'n play is available for children. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Cats are not permitted.
Rocky Summit offers direct Beaver Lake access, just a short walk to a public beach area. It's a 4-minute drive to the HWY 12 boat ramp, a 10-minute drive to Prairie Creek Marina, and 6 miles from the Monument Bike Trails at Hobbs State Park. Downtown Rogers, filled with unique shops, restaurants, and bars, is a 10-minute drive away.
Four-wheel drive is recommended but not required for the short dirt road leading to the home. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests are not allowed dock access at Beaver Lake properties. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Parties or events are not allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid; unapproved parties or events will be fined $1000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
