The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies needed to make a home-cooked meal, baked good, or a delicious cup of coffee. Enjoy your creations at the 6-person dining table. There is a relaxing corner with built-in seats and a Smart TV. Other amenities include a telescope, record player, board games, and a washer and dryer.
Enjoy the Beaver Lake directly from Tanglewood Cabin! At the back of the house, you will find a staircase/pathway leading down to the shore of the lake. When you aren't at the water, enjoy the gorgeous patio space. The patio faces the lake and has seating and a wood-fired fireplace to create the perfect ambiance.
Enjoy lake access or just the gorgeous lake views from the picturesque patio space in the center of the house. Beaver Lake is accessible via a staircase/path leading to the water. This house is just 2.9 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles to Downtown Rogers, which offers several restaurants and shops. The home sits on a spacious, secluded, wooded area.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow, and the connection is intermittent. County-wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests do not have access to the boat dock. Boat parking isn’t allowed at this property due to Beaver Lake rules. Guests are welcome to park along the shoreline, but dock access is strictly prohibited.
