The kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies needed to make a home-cooked meal, baked good, or a delicious cup of coffee. Enjoy your creations at the 6-person dining table. There is a relaxing corner with built-in seats and a Smart TV. Enjoy access to Beaver Lake via a staircase/path leading to the water. The patio faces the lake, has seating, and a wood-fired fireplace to create the perfect ambiance. A telescope, record player, and board games are available. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
This home sits on a spacious, secluded, wooded area. Beaver Lake is accessible by the staircase/path located in the backyard. It is just 2.9 miles to Rocky Branch Marina and 15 miles to Downtown Rogers, which offers several restaurants and shops.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
