Access to the home is down a sloped gravel driveway, and a 4WD vehicle is suggested. The Wi-Fi speed is generally slow and the connection is intermittent. County-wide burn bans may be in effect, which could limit use of the fire pit. Guests at Beaver Lake properties are not allowed dock access, as this is enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy.
