The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered on the premises will incur a fine of $400. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels are not honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions resulting in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
