Perfect Place!

I had been looking for a place I could live the rest of my life, and Rena Valley not only met my expectations, but exceeded them! I'm extremely thankful to the staff for helping me get all the paperwork done, and for answering my sometimes crazy questions.

Place sucks

They make fake accounts to make good reviews to make themselves look better haha some are family members and some are fake accounts they make themselves. Place is no good and trashy. Management sucks don’t live here

Worst place ever

Biggest mistake of my life. Signed a lease for a apartment here. A couple weeks later it was taken away. Had to settle for a different one that wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Had to stay in hotels and in our cars. They finally let us stay even tho it wasn’t finished. It was a disaster. There was no sense of urgency to get it done. It was a nightmare. Stay away from this place!!! We got out of there after a week. They said they would refund our money but it’s been two months and… still no refund. I’m researching to find out who owns this place. Because we aren’t done. No one deserves to be treated like this. WE DODGED A BUTTET!! I Wish I could post all the pictures and videos I have. Stay far away!!!!
