The Colony has been a frustrating place to live. From unresolved noise complaints to inconsistent maintenance and unclean apartments at move-in, the community falls far short of expectations. Management is unresponsive to tenant concerns, and basic issues are often ignored or dismissed. Living here has been a constant source of stress, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable community.

The Colony apartments is an absolute wonderful place to live. The management is very Professional, Friendly, and caring. Any issue I have brought to their attention was resolved Immediately. The apartment itself is beautiful as well, I've never had any issues with my apartment.

During my move-in, I encountered several problems related to the apartment and its price. I was specifically looking for an option with stainless steel appliances. The management informed me that only one option with that upgrade was available, so I chose a second-floor unit to get a cheaper price.
I recommended the apartments to a friend before my move-in. After talking with my friend, I discovered he is paying $100 less than me for a first-floor unit with stainless steel appliances. This is... unacceptable to me, especially since I signed a 13-month lease.
Additionally, I have had the following issues with my apartment:
Main Bedroom Toilet: It was spilling water during flushing (Fixed).
Air Conditioner: It is making a lot of noise, and the filter is moving from one side to another (Work Order Open).
Washer: It is making a very loud noise and moving a lot in the laundry room (Work Order Open).
Main Bedroom Shower: The shower needs a replacement of the tub faucet gasket. When I turn on the shower, a lot of water continues to come out of the tub faucet, causing a loss of pressure in the shower (Pending to open Work Order).
