Great complex that seems to care about what the tenants think. Close to downtown Chandler, shopping and dining. Also, very close to the 202 to get anywhere else one needs to travel. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Chandler area.

The office management team is very unprofessional except for Breanna. I almost lost my job due to their negligence with my concerns of my gate fob not properly working. When I expressed these concerns a woman in the main office completely dismissed the fact that my fob was not working and stated that it was my fault. I had received my gate fob a day prior only to find out that the battery was dead. We went in the next day luckily Brianna who helped us move in and was very professional throughout... the whole process, was working. She immediately replaced the battery in my gate fob. Brianna is the only sensible worker in the main office the other two need to be looked into due to their unprofessionalism and how hostile they become towards residence’s when a problem arises.

I have already shared my experience on Google. It has not been a pleasant experience. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in from the moment you walk up the stairs (dirty) into my apartment (filthy), not to mention walking into the leasing office with a disrespectful assistant manager who put me out of the leasing office.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I love it! The community it’s quiet and the management staff are great! Kaylene and Brionna are always so welcoming, I find myself sitting and talking to them for longer than expected! I will be renewing my lease one more year

The staff are amazing people very nice and helpful they kept it professional. Move in process was all smooth and easy to do even applying for the apartment online everything was easy to understand and simple. This is a great community to live at so far no complaints from me. Keep up the outstanding work here.
