I love living in VLUX QC. Every apt is like a little home, even with enclosed yards. All the staff… leasing, maintenance, gardeners, pest service, everyone is so cordial and respectful.

Everything seems to be routinely maintained so that the apartment complex never goes down in quality. The continual improvements make it a better choice above other apartment complexes. The landscaping and layout of the apartment complex is much prettier than other complexes. Other complexes just look like too many buildings and not enough trees and greenery. It is aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t make you feel trapped when you enter the complex. The building management, front office and… maintenance workers are always quick to respond. Very friendly place.
