The location is in a good part of town in a quiet neighborhood, which is very attractive for future residents. The complex is older and more simple than newer “luxury” apartments, but the charm and community residents make it feel like home.


Do not expect help from the leasing office or easy assistance with maintenance requests. It took 7 months and 4 technicians for my internet issues to be resolved. It took almost 3 months for my leaky, moldy, rusty washer, and a legal notice to the... maintenance staff and leasing office for the washer to be replaced. The unit was dirty when I moved in, though I was told it would be cleaned the day before. Getting maintenance to do anything is like pulling teeth. Having said that, once the issues were finally resolved, it’s been quite enjoyable. Make sure to do your due diligence with photos of the entire unit when you move in, as they will absolutely nickel and dime you for your deposits when you leave.

The professionalism and responsiveness demonstrated by your management team are truly commendable. Any concerns or maintenance requests I have raised have been addressed with remarkable efficiency and thoroughness, which significantly contributes to a positive living environment.

Absolutely love living here!

Absolutely love living here! From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was the right place for me. Alyssa was beyond amazing, knowledgeable,and helpful with answering every question that I’ve had. The rest of the staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff always goes above and beyond to keep the community clean and safe.

Amazing!
