Encore Novo is such a beautiful community! Unlike many communities in the area that focus primarily on amenities, Encore Novo offers the perfect balance of beautiful amenities and comfortable homes. The team is amazing, and I truly appreciate how attentive and responsive they are. I highly recommend living here! The only small word of caution is to be mindful of which side of the community you choose if you're sensitive to noise, as the nearby train horn can be loud, but luckily it only lasts… about 3–5 minutes, so it's a very minor inconvenience lol. Other than that, I absolutely love my home and have no regrets. The team genuinely cares about its residents, and that level of care stands out more than at any other community I've experienced.

You don't want to spread the word about my experience here. There's lots to like about Encore Novo, but, because of a certain issue that can't change, I have spent almost the entire time here waiting for when it would be over, so that I can get out of here with what's left of my health. This after renting in good faith, expecting the usual covenant..

So far, our move-in experience and first month of living at Encore Novo has been amazing! From the very beginning, Jordan and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating (this was important as I was not in the state of Arizona at the time!) They helped my fiancé and I navigate the move in process seamlessly and allowed us to tour multiple times so we could both see the place in person. The apartment is beautiful and has been a perfect spot to have our first home together.… Everyone (leasing staff, cleaners, residents) are all friendly and approachable. I hope it continues like this for the rest of our lease because so far it’s amazing!
