The staff at Encore Novo consistently provide excellent customer service and respond to any questions I have in a prompt and helpful manner. The office staff, Jordan, Lindsey, and Pam are all friendly, professional, and great to work with. In addition, the maintenance technician, Ed, is always very helpful, professional, and quick to assist whenever needed.
