Love living here. The apartments are beautiful, maintenance is very fast, and the staff is friendly. I like the gym and the fact that there’s more than one swimming pool.

You can get a beautiful apartment here. With the right location a place easy of the electric bill. But there is limited parking available.

Wow my Son and Daughter and I are so lucky to call this place home. We moved in two months ago and have felt like home ever since. The ladies in the office are so nice. That is rare coming from my history. We just appreciate the beautiful community and my Son has found a new found love for the punching bag in the really nice gym. I’m so lucky I found this place. On my weekends I’m just enjoying the resort style pool the gym and the movie theater with my kids. We are so happy this is what we call... home.

Jauslyn made it so easy for me to become a member of your community! I am so excited to be moving to AZ and living at Pinnacle Terrace. There were so many positives that I cancelled all my other tours! A couple draws for me: walk in shower, green spaces, lovely pools, large terrace and it appears well maintained.
