I love living here the Complex is clean and quiet and I love all the trees and Everyone seems to be nice I like all the amenities in my Unit .

Pros- Upkeep, usually responds to requests in a timely manner
Cons: Smart Home feature that was installed does not work, and now with renewal they want to charge for something that does not work, I have contacted both the company and the community. There is not much consideration for people who do not work traditional hours. They removed electronics from my apartment without consent and either threw the item or have it and will not return it.

Such a Pretty Property!
I recently toured this property and it was SO pretty. It felt so homey, and I absolutely loved the yoga room by the pool. There is grass all throughout the property which was a huge plus. Definitely would recommend checking this place out!

The grounds are lovely and well cared for, I do think when a tenant has lived here for several years certain things need need to be done the same way they would if you lived in your own property,
