Great place! I just wish building B had a call box on the Dakoda street as well, it's very hard to let guests when they park on that side of the building as the main parking area has a few spots available.

The new package room is awesome. Make it so much easier to get your package. Before it was like a scavenger hunt. We would never know if a friend sent us a package. Now we know as soon as it's dropped off.

Living here has been a great experience overall! The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which makes it feel really safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate how peaceful it is, especially during the evenings—perfect for relaxing after work. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are kept in good condition and are never too crowded. Parking is usually easy to find, and I love how convenient... the location is for shopping and getting to work. My apartment itself is cozy and modern, with plenty of natural light. I also like that the neighbors are respectful and friendly, which really adds to the overall positive vibe. I’d definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to call home!

The staff are friendly and helpful especially Jackie and the maintance lady she always kind… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment
