Great apt! I like living here because of the proximity to downtown Chandler, it is a quick nice walk and a great time always. People are really nice and friendly and there’s always holiday events to meet each other!

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Summit at San Marcos so far. The location is super convenient, and the apartment layout feels modern and spacious. The management team is professional, and maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly. The community areas are kept clean, which I appreciate. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you’re looking for a comfortable and reliable community!

I’ve had a great experience living at Summit at San Marcos. The entire community is exceptionally clean, and the maintenance team is always quick, professional, and reliable. The gym is definitely one of the strongest features of the property — well-equipped, modern, and never overcrowded. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the residents are friendly and respectful, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live and I highly recommend it.

Great community, nice and quiet. Has great ammenities. The front office is always very helpful! The gym is very nice and has everything you need for a good workout. So far so good!
