As far as looks go, this is a beautiful community with thriving plants, grass, and resort-like pools and views. Maintenance is very quick about fixing anything that needs to be done! My only complaint is that other residents sometimes don't pick up their dog's duty, and it attracts roaches. But that isn't really anything the landlord can fix. They do have people come pick it up periodically which is good. And as long as you have diatomaceous earth the bugs stay away.

Living here has been convenient and comfortable. The location makes daily errands and commuting super easy, and the new maintenance team has been quick and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. The gym is genuinely one of the best features, modern, clean, and perfect for regular workouts. Overall, the community has been a solid place.
