Friendly environment. Good neighborhood. Good school around. 202 is very nearby. Good location.

Facilities are nice overall, but constant smell of marijuana within the community and people dump their cars in the guest spots when they break down or have a flat. Also have had some issues with maintenance and management during my tenure, although not recently.
