We recently moved here from Florida and have had a wonderful experience so far. The Greystar property management team is incredibly kind, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond for residents. Even before moving in, the staff assisted us with FaceTime tours, videos of the apartment, and even window measurements we needed.

On move-in day we had an emergency, and Carsyn was extremely helpful by guiding us to the closest urgent care center since we were new to Arizona and unfamiliar with the area... . That level of support meant a lot.

The amenities are great (we’re just waiting for the pool to open), the garage is a huge plus, the floor plans are well designed, and the location is excellent. We feel very lucky to have found Alta 87.

Fees, fees and more fees.

Kudos on the location, next to all the shopping and public transportation.
We lost interest because of the socialized fees. The Club house is paid for by dividing the so-called overhead amongst the current tenants. Okay, but when I asked if their expenses could be viewed by the tenant, they said no. If we are paying it, we should be able to view the ledger. Suggestion to managers. Put a swipe entrance on the amenities and if we use it, we get charged or a flat fee for all the expenses. Not... both.

Live at Alta 87!

I’ve had a great experience living at Alta 87 Apartments in Gilbert! The staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. They truly make you feel welcomed and valued as a resident.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of promptly and done right the first time.

Overall, Alta 87 is a fantastic place to live, and the amazing... staff and reliable maintenance team really set it apart. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community in Gilbert!
