I love living at Espiral. It's in a good location near downtown GIlbert, and the complex is quiet. Both the leasing and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any problem I've had.

I love living here. The location is prime. The new management is wonderful. She’s a really cleaned it up. Got rid of all the cars that were just sitting made people accountable picking up after their animals couldn’t be happier with that. However, there’s a new maintenance crew that I’m not wild about. There’s no urgency to take care of any maintenance issues.

The noise level can get up there sometimes depending on where your unit is and the dog poop issue is not great. A lot of dogs in the complex and seemingly not a lot of owners who clean up after them
