After touring multiple properties in the area it only took one tour at Broadstone Westgate to know this was my new home in Arizona. I am looking forward to being part of this community. The staff has been amazing to work with. All of the neighbors I have met so far have been welcoming.

I really love this apartment complex!

The manager is so nice and friendly! Very helpful!
This property is beautiful also, it's in a really convenient location to all the best shopping stores! I love it here!

Brand New Beautiful Community

So far I have really enjoyed my time here at Broadstone. Apartments are well built and even though I am close to traffic, I really don’t hear it much. Love the view of Westgate and Statefarm Stadium right out my window and it’s relaxing to sit out on the patio overlooking this area.
