I’ve had a very positive experience living at Amiya. The community is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance has been needed.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to create a recreational area for children. Adding a playground with oversized play structures, as well as soccer goals and/or a basketball hoop, would provide families with a great space for kids to be active, socialize, and enjoy the... community even more.
Overall, I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the effort the management team puts into making Amiya a wonderful place to call home.

Living here has been a great experience. It’s very comfortable and has the perfect amount of space for my family of three. I’m particularly impressed with the maintenance and cleaning staff—they are always attentive to both the interior and exterior of the complex. The location is very convenient, with easy access to parks and shops." Overall, this is a fantastic place to call home!"

It’s been alright. The high ceilings are good but the rooms don’t get very cool. I wish there wasn’t carpets in the rooms either. The area is up and coming tho.
