I like the Staff they are kind, courteous and always willing to help. I noticed recent little things like the grills were painted and they have new scrapers and the office Staff has had recent events to celebrate the holidays. So all is on the up-swing here at Del Coronado Happy Holidays!!!

Pest control could be a little bit better on response . Pools need to be cleaned as with the storms that are very dirty and not being tended to but the maintenance crew is very nice.

Del Coronado has a very welcoming atmosphere. Apartments are very spacious and accommodating. The fact that there is a community rewards is a plus. Looking forward to calling it home!

I like living here. I love having access to the pools. It's relatively quiet here except when people are loud at the pool or not trending to their pets. Maintenance responds quickly to your needs.

My unit caught fire and they fire, while I was away and the fire dept and police could not get in contact with anyone at the complex the onsite management team / emergency line was not responding. The police had to use there backend system to contact the property manager. After the incident, the complex did not provide any guidance or instructions on what to expect during the process as far as being able to access the unit or next steps. I wasn't allowed in the unit for 10 days after the... incident losing all my food, kept going back and forth with the staff, they changed my locks and everything. They tried to offer me a unit smaller than my original unit and lied and said they didn't have the same unit available as I had previously occupied I looked online and several identical unit was available, so I terminated my lease. Management and administrative staff support is very poor, not professional at all. My whole experience at this complex has been a disaster since signing my lease.
