Not great but better than bad. Small frustrations outside of the washing machine issue but not as bad as my last place so definitely running in the good there! The staff is very kind, courteous and quick on their feet. They're always in a great mood. No matter the circumstance, they're more than happy to take care of residents as best as they can.

I love the location and being close to a lot of things.
But my reason for 3 stars is due to a mold / leaking problem that is in my bathroom they have been 3 times for the same issue but the mold and the leak keep coming back and there is still currently mold.
