The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that the facilities are twenty four hours and are pretty well kept. Also super close to a nice park and the canal path.

Genoa Lakes has been a wonderful place to live. The staff and maintenance has always exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, he was courteous, he picked up and did not leave a mess. The service was not completed as satisfactory, the stripping has fallen off and hanging from the door and was recycled and the attempt reuse was poor quality and is definitely a struggle to lock and unlock the door in a timely manner.

Been here for 2 years and absolutely love it! Its clean and quiet. Maintenance is quick to respond to tickets. Office staff us always friendly and professional.
