The place is amazing. Need to do a better job on updating the landscaping. Also keep on people not picking up dog stuff. And when you send out a letter to clean patios up then make them do it. You do not follow up on anything you put out.

Quiet complex, neighbors do not associate with one another, lots of kids enjoy playing outside, the ducks are quite cute, there is a bit of road noise- which can be considered ASMR at some point, office workers are pretty nice
