The walls are thin so we can hear our neighbors yelling, and snoring. The pool and gym keys are not ready yet, but they are working on it. The uncovered parking lot gets full quickly. Otherwise, the community events and maintenance has been good so far.

My experience at HUE97 Apartments has been very good overall. The property feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, which made living here comfortable and enjoyable. The staff has been friendly, respectful, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I also liked how peaceful the community felt most of the time, and the amenities added a lot of convenience to everyday life. The location is another big plus because it is close to stores, restaurants, and other important places,... which made getting around easier. Maintenance requests were handled in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciated the effort put into keeping the property looking nice. Overall, HUE97 gave me a positive living experience, and I would recommend it to someone looking for a decent, comfortable, and convenient place to live.
