Great Navona leasing agents are horrible to their residents . They towed my car and left me without an oven for almost month !

Hallways smell like trash that’s been left out for days (because it has), loud illegal vehicle exhaust is allowed to disturb your peace at 5am daily, INSIDE common area hallways are not a good idea (ac is broke for 2 months and can’t hold a reasonable temperature) hot tub has been broken for 3 months now with a “custom part on order” place is a joke and toll brothers should think about who’s managing their property.

Paid Assigned Parking Is Not Reliably Enforced

I have lived here for three months, and my assigned parking spot has been taken by other cars no fewer than ten times. However, I am only allowed to have the unauthorized vehicle removed from my spot after waiting 48 hours. Also, when my spot was previously taken and I parked in another spot, I received a warning the next day. At the same time, the parking fee cannot be waived. In other words, when this happens, you are basically expected to just tolerate it. The leasing office even told me that… I am not allowed to have the car towed at my own expense, which is something I have never experienced in any of my previous rentals.

For after-hours concerns, our courtesy patrol team can begin the parking enforcement process when contacted to help address these situations as quickly as possible. Living at this property has been an outstanding experience. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The grounds and amenities are always kept in excellent condition, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents.
What makes this property stand out even more is the incredible staff. Everyone is friendly, caring, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring residents have a positive experience. They are always willing to help and respond to… questions or concerns with kindness and efficiency.
The maintenance team is exceptional. Requests are handled quickly, and repairs are completed efficiently and professionally. It's reassuring to know that any issue is addressed promptly, giving residents peace of mind.
