Absolutely not. One of thee worst places I’ve ever rented from. I was treated better by my physically abusive ex because at least she tried to kiss the wounds that she gave me.

Station 21 has done a great job at renovating an older complex into a more modern feel. The amenities are well-maintained, inviting pools, shaded community areas for barbecuing and social events, calming trees and grass throughout the complex for walking paths. Lots of birds beautiful outdoor sounds. The office staff and maintenance is on site maintenance is very knowledgeable able to complete multiple orders without having to call in many resources. Love the garbage valet being that I am on the... second floor.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had been leasing a single bedroom in the community for over a year and wanted to transition to a two bedroom in the community. Thank you Jarrin for all you did in helping making that transition happen. I love the new place and feel right at home.
