Terrible communication by the leasing office. Any time we need assistance, they act like they really don't want to help, though their tone is "nice". Grey star management started charging residents for parking, when previous management teams had not. Why!?

The Julia offers a welcoming community and a helpful leasing team, which made my move a positive experience. However, there are some community concerns that impact the living environment.
Community Concerns
One recurring issue involves children taking items from porches. Additionally, there's a noticeable problem with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, leading to unhygienic common areas.
Poolside gatherings are frequent, and they sometimes lead to disturbances that require police... intervention, typically after alcohol consumption. While many residents are respectful and keep to themselves, these issues do affect the overall atmosphere.
