Highly recommend Vlux at Peoria Heights I moved from out of state and this was the first and only place that I considered
Beautiful living community
But to be honest the office staff Tyler and Brianna and one other lady literally made it so easy friendly uncomfortable and helpful that we just went with it
The units are beautiful!!!

I love living here. Best place i have lived. Only issue i have is having to pay for a bunch of stuff i dont use and I doubt most the people here use. We should be able to opt in and out of the trash service. 35 a month in trash fees is kind of wild especially living 100 feet from a dumpster. Same with the direct tv.

Apartments are nice but slightly overpriced for what you get. Small refrigerators make it hard for storing food for a family. Excellent pet friendly community although dog park seems to be overwatered and as always muddy and saturated… pool is heated, but usually overrun with non-residence letting themselves in and children unsupervised making it difficult to relax and enjoy when they’re not shut down for maintenance issues.
