Garbage on the parking floors - often overflowing, people put their personal garbage bags in these garbage cans.
Their is never a cart on the 3rd floor to use for groceries
The people above us push water over their balcony-
Destroying our view- we have hair on our window
Office staff are great, very friendly, they try to accommodate the best they can.
Security staff are great, and friendly as well!

I have had the best experience with 44 Monroe, from my initial visit to my move in. The staff has been amazing and very helpful and professional! My move in was so quick and easy, I highly recommend this community. I absolutely love my new place!
