Lovely place to live with great staff. The location is located in a very nice spot near downtown and it’s only a few minutes walk from Roosevelt Row. The amenities are very nice and well kept and regularly maintained.

I am a new resident, but so far so good! The staff was super helpful and kind when I was applying/touring/moving in. I love how dog friendly the apartment complex is and all of the special amenities (including the convenience store).

Absolutely love the location of this building. Apartments feel dated compared to all of the new builds that are popping up around Phoenix.
Have seen some improvements to community spaces / general spaces like stairwells and such but would love to see a better effort to keep these places clean and amenities working.
