I’ve been here for roughly 2 1/2 years now and have been very pleased with my experience. The apartments are very nice, the property is clean, the building is well built so you don’t hear your neighbors and the area it’s located is very nice with some great views. If you ever have an issue and need maintenance, the work orders are taken care of promptly and the maintenance guy is very nice and knowledgeable with what needs to be done. There are also some great amenities here, including the pool,… gym and they even have an on-site convenient store with coffee, drinks, snacks, alcohol, etc. overall I am very pleased with my stay here.

I do love the staff at 601 Pax. I don't feel like a “renter” but a resident, so
I care about the community. I also appreciate the inclusive and LGBT-friendly environment. I work from home most days of the week so I see the staff regularly and they consistently maintain a positive attitude. 601 Pax is the best leasing experience thus far especially as a recent law school graduate.I feel comfortable here knowing the staff cares about its residence through actions, words, and communication.
