This apartment building is fair. I have been here for nearly 3 years and things have not significantly declined necessarily however there has been some changes. My biggest complaint is lack of accountability with dog owners - there is too much dog poop everywhere and no pick up after.

Updated and fully functioning keypads at all entry points are essential. Currently, inconsistent access systems create unnecessary challenges for residents and delivery services.
There should be no reason residents are unable to have packages delivered directly to their front doors if they choose. Installing reliable keypads on all entrances would significantly enhance both security and convenience. With these updates, the property could provide a much better living experience.
