Amazing location and maintainence crew. Good rent prices for the area. Some stuff outdated so things break often. Simple and to be point. Front desk staff is mid.

Love my apartment. Love the layout and obsessed with my kitchen. Cant forget the bodega!

I do wish the pet relief area was bigger, and if we could have a better community area. All we have is a pool and leasing office. A nice garden area or somewhere to read that relaxing would be nice.
