Maintenance is very responsive and helpful especially when it’s critical. Management is also accommodating to any requests as needed. Even outside the box. Quiet building. Great location. Great views of Camelback on the north side. Been here for almost 4 years and have really enjoyed Alanza Place.

Unfortunately, because of constant "water turn off issues" due to, as I understand it, pipe erosion plus VENDOR MISMANAGEMENT (last one had residents without ANY water for approximately 24 hours), I had no choice but to give a low score. This community would also benefit from on site cameras in certain places like entrance gates and in the case of the townhouse area, where garbage bins are located .. Alanza Place is a decent place to live but to achieve 5 stars requires 5 star improvements ... ... Adding lighting at night is a security plus ... The constant breakdown of townhouse gate requires much needed attention .. perhaps A NEW GATE?

Recently the complex changed the lighting in the hallways and garage (probably the steps too) What a difference! I have lived here 12 years for a reason, but the current management team is great. Maintenance requests are fast and thorough!
