Beware of Alta 99 – Terrible Customer Service and Refund Issues
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Alta 99, managed by Greystar. After canceling my apartment application within the allowed 24-hour grace period, I was told my $150 refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I still haven’t received my money.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through phone calls and a detailed email to their corporate office, I’ve been completely ignored. I was simply told someone would reach out—yet no one... ever did.
This has turned into a complete nightmare over a simple refund. If this is how they handle a small issue like this, I can only imagine how they’d treat actual tenants. Save yourself the stress and avoid Alta 99 altogether.
