Great community, but noisy due to the proximity to I17 and no sound wall along this portion of the highway. The maintenance crew is always very responsive and is great at ensuring issues are addressed.

Mo/Kat are awesome. Super patient and helpful. They helped us with a list of questions we had and helped us understand our contract. So far the apartment is great, but Mo/Kat(?) are the best.

This is a beautiful complex with families and couples of all ages! Everyone is very welcoming. The pool area is one of my favorite areas! It feels like a resort! Our neighbors and their pets have been extremely nice! Highly recommend!
