Its fine for what it is

If you’re going to rent here, you need to keep in mind what you’re signing up for. It’s an affordable place in a slightly below average neighborhood. With that being said the apartments are fine, pretty specious with all new appliances. You will get the occasional bug wandering in, but nothing overwhelming or disgusting. Mostly house flies, hang a trap and you’ll be fine. There’s not much crime on the neighborhood, but the homeless population is OUTRAGEOUS, so if that’s a dealbreaker keep... looking. Management can be a little standoffish at times, but if you’re persistent you’ll get what you need.

Overall, like i said, it’s an average place to live all around. Don’t expect your dreams to come true here but if you’re looking for an affordable place that’s comfortable, you could definitely do worse.

Air condiontner is broke all the time poeple leave there clothes hanging allot nasty small infeont of pool people living here without being on lease managment is unfair and one good manager rent is too much for a one bedroom and suffering from abuse of neighbors getting in others business my mailbox was broken into allot

Filthy dirty

The apartment complex is in complete abandonment . The property is dirty and the management wont do anything to clean it. There is complete disregard for the tenants well being. When it rains the parking lot floods. The pools have been dirty for years. The walkways are filthy dirty, trash everywhere, Tenants use the balconies to dry clothes and management do nothing to stop this behavior. Can't wait to finish my lease to move out of here /worst thing I've done in my life was to sign a one year... lease here.

Bella Rio Apartments

Bella Rio apartments are studios to 1 bedroom apartments. The neighborhood is nice as well as the neighbors. Its quiet despite having the pools in front of our doors. I LOVE living here. The only bad comment I would have is that the pools need more cleaning. The front office is always nice and helpful. In fact in a few days they will be having a video game event for the kids.
