Ava North & South

I’ve lived here for going on three years and things have only got worse. The office staff has changed 6 times in the past 12 months. No one is filling in the new staff what they’re walking into. Learn from my mistake and look elsewhere.

I live in Ava north and these apartments are FILLLLLED with ROACHES to no return. I find about 30 a day and roach eggs. Im scared to sleep at night because one always pops out close to me. My neighbors have them too from both ends the whole entire building. The whole building would have to be bombed and treated and that’s if that would even work. You constantly see the pest control truck in the front. It is not the new managements fault they try their best, it’s the old management who had no… care and let it get so bad that the roaches have overtaken the building at this point. I highly advise anyone considering to move here to not do so unless you want repeat visitors constantly in your food, in your fridge, in your shower, IN YOUR BED. Any crack or crevice you find a roach WILL pop out. The building should just be torn down at this point. For the price you pay you can find somewhere else without 37394829 unknown roommates. I lived here for almost a year and a half, moved between two apartments, the 1st was two bedrooms, and it was INFESTED with roaches, then moved to a small apartment where the A.C is not cooling and despite I have more than four maintenance requests they did not solve them and quickly delete them from the system. Also, I lived more than 15 days, and phoenix summer with no A.C., the management has done nothing about it. The only thing they done is apologize and ask me to pay the rent. I can't wait… for fall to hit here. Maybe somebody else would break the lease, but I am only in the states for a few months, and I will never forget that I lived in the worse apartment complex. I visited the property when I was in town. I am thinking of moving to the area in about 5 months. The staff was very friendly, the property seems well maintained and it was in a good area. I am transferring to the area soon and hoping they have something available. Based on what I saw I want this would be my new home in a couple months!
