The Highland

The mailbox has been broken into twice since I’ve lived here for roughly two months. A bit frustrating but everything else is great. The office staff is super friendly and usually pretty helpful. Darius is awesome.

Moved in on 11/8 and so far things are very good. The staff is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The cleaner(s) left a bit to be desired but nothing too major. We are quite happy so far.

It’s been a pleasant move in so far. The staff has been friendly and everyone in the front office. The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe walking around at night.

My family and I recently returned to Highland Apartments. We previously lived here in 2022, and I believe the change in management has positively impacted the community. It is now very clean and feels safe during the night. Maintenance has been excellent—when we moved in, our A/C was frozen over, and they responded quickly. The leasing office staff made our move back to the area very seamless. If you're searching for a nice townhome in Phoenix, I highly recommend Highland.

Starting my sixth year, I live close to my school where I teach and look forward to coming home to the Highlands. Our location is truly centrally located near all of the major highways. If you’re a Huber fan, the fares are much less because you are near great restaurants and shopping. The community is wonderful and enjoyably diverse. The best residents of our community are our dogs and cats.
