I have lived at this beautiful property for 25 years. My unit is spacious and has beautiful views of the desert surrounding it. The amenities can't be beat! I treasure the large rooms, spacious pantry, linen closet, coat closet, huge bedroom closet and storage room outside my unit. The front office staff of Charlene, Nicole and Rachel are always responsive to any issues that arise from time to time, like unruly neighbors who create problems that need attention from management. When I have... a maintenance problem, the community app for service requests is very easy to use. The maintenance team is excellent. Jeremy, Aurelio and Bob are first-rate techs who are a pleasure to deal with and solve any issue I may have in a short time. I love living at Avana because of those things and its excellent location! I am within 5 miles of most of the shopping and professional locations I use on a regular basis. I look forward to spending many more years at Avana.
