I could not be more pleased than I am with the living experience I have at Avana at the Pointe. The front office staff, Rachel, Charlean and Nicole are ALL excellent at handling any issues I may have with courtesy and efficiency. The maintenance staff is reliably equipped to successully handle problems that may arise in a timely manner. On that note, it means a lot to me to be able to make a maintenance request on the community app and have a skilled tech whom I'm familiar with come into my… home to make the repair. On another note, the complex looks refreshed and beautiful with the exterior painting project recently completed. On every level, the spaciousness of the unit, its location within 5 miles of the places and services I regularly frequent, the lovely neighbors I have and the amenities I enjoy, like the massive bedroom closet, the storage unit right outside my unit and the spectacular panoramic desert views I enjoy from my living area, Avana at the Pointe is simply a wonderful place to live!

Overall, I think that Avana is a good place to live. The nature and access to hiking trails (which are bike friendly) really creates a calm environment for you to sit outside and enjoy. I think the floor plan and spacing is best for small families, couples, or individuals.

If I could give living at Avana 100 stars for living satisfaction I would do so! Having lived here for many years, I can categorically state that the present maintenance and office staff is the finest I have ever experienced! The office staff of Rachel, Nicole and Charleen provide the highest level of service when any issue arises. The maintenance staff has risen to a level of competence and efficiency that I consider incomparable. When I have a problem to be solved, maintence may be reached… on the app and a worker arrives in record time to repair whatever is malfunctioning. The location of Avana continues to be a chief feature that appeals to me. I am within 5 miles of every retail and professional location I frequent and the feeways are very convenient to hop onto from 7th Street. The spaciousness and views of my unit are features that allow me to enjoy the indigenous desert in all its beauty and uniqueness. The sunsets from my living room window are spectacular and I never tire of the beautiful panoramic views I enjoy. I could not be happier with my living situation at Avana and look forward to residing here for years to come.
