I've been here for over 20 years so I'm obviously very happy with the community. The area is beautiful, at the intersection of two wilderness parks and a resort. Staff are friendly and available. The apartments ate spacious and well appointed, with washers and dryers, not a common laundromat. Parking is adequate. The area is very safe. My car had a broken window that would not roll up, waiting for parts for over a month (it's an antique), nothing was ever taken. I highly recommend living... here if you love the beautiful Sonoran Desert.

Avana has a very homey apartment style. I love the real fresh grass, which is always kept cut and nice. I also love the size and layout of the apartments. To add, the maintenance team always gets to my requests quick and is very good at communication.

It’s quiet, pretty clean and well maintained. It feels refreshing to live here and I LOVE the smell of the fresh cut grass. It’s so relaxing in the morning.
