Avana at the Pointe Apartments

This is an excellent and safe place to live. I’ve lived here for seven years and couldn’t be happier. It’s easily accessible. Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are less than 15 minutes away. Five stars from me!

It's a well-established complex on the older side. However the upkeep and maintenance exceeds expectations. It feels like a community here because of the nature of the way the buildings are built with little Courtyards everywhere and I do feel a sense of community even though it's a large complex. It's very pet friendly. My little Shih Tzu Molly loves it here. The Landscaping is beautiful and the trees are all mature trees a lot of flowering trees like bacon videos and other kinds of flowering... plants The Grass Is Always manicured looking. It's in a fabulous location on 7th Street and it takes approximately 15 minutes to get downtown from here even during rush hour. The North Phoenix Mountain preserves surround the complex. There's a lot of interesting Wildlife to see if you go hiking in the preserves or they want to run to the property but they don't really bother anybody and as animal lover I like that the aspect of the wildlife coming onto the property. Even though it's in the middle of Phoenix it feels as I said like a community and you don't really hear a lot of traffic or anything like that. I would highly recommend it to any of anybody looking for a really nice place to live. the rent is within keeping of Phoenix's rental rates at this time. Throughout my 25 years of living at this beautiful property my expectations have been met and exceeded. The reason for my satisfaction living here is based upon many factors: First, the spaciousness and spectacular views and amenities of the apt, including a storage unit outside my unit, a huge bedroom walk-in closet, a coat closet, a pantry and a linen closet. Second, the EXCEPTIONALLY RESPONSIVE office staff consisting of Nicole, Charlene and Rachel. They are outstanding professionals who... are always there to answer my questions and assist me with issues I'm having in a prompt manner. Third, the excellent maintenance staff who provide me with first-rate services when the need arises. Jeremy, a recent addition to the staff is a true asset to Greystar! He's very knowledgeable and personable. When my bathtub was recently resurfaced by an outside contractor, Jeremy finished the job and gave me a lot of tips for keeping the tub looking as new as it does right now! Last, the location of Avana can't be beat. I'm within 5 miles of all the shopping and professional locations I frequent and if I need to go to places further away, the freeways are very close, including the 51,the 17, the 10 and the 101. This is a nice apartment complex surrounding by an even nicer neighborhood (Pointe Tapatio), so you get the benefit of a decently priced apartment and a quality community for dog walks and security (given the proximity to Sunnyslope). I would say the grounds are well-maintained and the apartments are dated but they are charming. If you value unique floor plans and lots of natural lighting, these are a great option.
