While there were some small things missed in our apartment, overall it is a great place to live. The apartment is very nice, the space and storage are the best we’ve had in an apartment. The community is very calm and the amenities are great to use.

Ascend at Black Canyon is an amazing apartment complex with well trained professional staff who are always there for you with any questions, concerns or help you may need in ur process. As for the apartments themselves we walked into a freshly cleaned apartment ready to move everything in, no need to clean before you move your stuff in! Overall this complex is amazing and I would recommend to everyone!
