Broadstone 7th Street is a wonderful property. From the staff, to the location, to the amenities, to the cozy feel of the apartment, all of it is great. This is the first time I have felt truly at home and love where I live.

Next door is a methadone clinic (Calvary Outpatient) for addicts, other side an overnight pet hotel dogs barking all night and a bar. Un-homed persons in the garage. Do not walk around here at night or day. Good reviews are from the parent corporate company- persons with new account one other review scam advertising tactics. Management discriminates
