Refrigerator repair Our repairs were completed the next day. Refrigerator started cooling again.

EDIT: 2 months later and the office has done nothing to resolve any of my issues. They reply to reach out through phone, but what they don’t tell you is they actually don’t care about solving any of the issues of the complex. They are just trying to make themselves look as good as possible for potential residents as opposed to keeping the ones living here actually happy. I also believe they are buying 5 star reviews on Google to make themselves look better in this process. Stay far away from… this place absolutely will not be renewing the lease here.

I’ve only been living here for about 3 months and I would already say that I do not recommend moving here. The parking situation is terrible with very few uncovered spaces available especially after 4-5pm Residents routinely use multiple vehicles (such as a motorcycle + car) to hold unreserved spots, and some vehicles sit unmoved for months at a time (some with expired tags) with no apparent enforcement. It also doesn’t help that neither my roommate nor I were informed until after signing the lease that our apartment would only be assigned one parking space.

The property is also poorly maintained. Trash is frequently scattered around the grounds and dumpsters are constantly overflowing. Noise is another ongoing issue with loud and inconsiderate neighbors making it difficult to enjoy living here.

What is really annoying though is the lack of response from management. I have sent multiple emails regarding these issues only to be ignored. It appears that once you sign the lease, they don’t really care about any of your concerns as long as they are getting your money. Issue isn't fixed The chair and umbrella haven't been replaced, but it was closed out.

Dirty, intrusive, and not worth the time. I dropped in and after finding the leasing center was immediately offended by the overuse of air freshener. The agent was not as friendly as in other tours of the villages.
They insisted I create a profile for the paying rent and provide my email just to your a unit. Which I will say I was already kind of regretting since the gated community wasn’t secure had mass amounts of trash overfilling dumpsters and generally dirty. Suffice it to say I backed out… and left quicker than I arrived.
I didn’t even give it a second thought. You B get what you pay for and if you’re looking for affordable living, well expect to give up feeling good about coming home. Read More
